Bad Breathe and How to Minimize It

Bad breath is one of the worst problems of people because it shies away people.

Bad breath or simply called halitosis is a very big problem among people. There are some people who shy away from others because of this problem and there are also people who stay away from others with bad breath. Up to now, there is no permanent cure for bad breath except for numerous products that do not really cure bad breath. These highly acclaimed bad breath cure products are only temporary remedies to the said problem. Try using the gargle and after an hour, bad breath is back.

How would one manage bad breath when there is no cure at all? Let's talk about the causes first before we could address the remedy. Bad breath is often caused by the foods you eat. Foods that are not properly brushed and rinsed from your teeth and mouth would cause bad breath, so it is important to brush your teeth properly with the right kind of toothbrush. Bad breath is also caused by tooth decay. If you have those decayed teeth, then go to your dentist. Holes must be pasted and teeth with cavities pulled out. If you have a chronic bad breath it could be something serious. You need to see the doctor about it. Sometimes chronic bad breath could be caused by an ailment in the internal organs or sinusitis. The best thing for you to do is consult your doctor to see what is really causing your bad breath.

There could be countless remedies for bad breath and many would claim that they have the best bad breath cure. But let's opt for the prevention before remedies.

First, choose the right kind of foods you eat. There are foods that cause bad breath. Too much garlic and onions cause bad breath. Although garlic is known for its medicinal values, it could also cause bad breath. Meat, dried legumes and starchy foods could also cause bad breath. If these foods are causing your bad breath then you could eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are the best foods if you are trying to prevent having bad breath.

Second, make a habit of going to the dentist regularly. If you want your teeth being intact and always free of tooth decay, avoid eating too many sweets. Eat plenty of fruits instead and brush your teeth regularly.

Third, go for a cleansing diet once in a while to remove the toxin inside your system. I would recommend apple diet as the best cleansing diet to undergo at least once or twice a year. Apple diet is eating only apples for at least three days and making sure you get plenty of water.

There is no actual bad breath cure but there are some remedies to minimize bad breath. If you follow the simple rules I suggested, you can minimize the problem or you can even get rid of it.
